Copyrighting Question

I'm looking to sell some of my art, and it looks like I might have the chance to actually display some stuff at a local restaurant and a local club.
I have some questions about copyrighted material.

In case you hadn't noticed, I have a series of photos I rather like that involve various G.I. Joe and Marvel action figures. In some cases the figures are more obscure [link] [link] , and others more obvious [link] .

Is it legal for me to sell any of these?
